This week, I was listening to a podcast and they were saying that if you want to be where Jesus is, go spend time where the hungry and hurting are. I was reminded that at the beginning of COVID I would ask God to show me what he was doing so we could join him. Jesus is right here. In the middle of the pain, the hurting, the hungry. This is where he sent us so that we could join him and I am so glad he did.
Today we got to hand out clothes, food, HUGS, and LOVE 🥰. In the middle of the dark and heavy, there was laughter, joy, and love…and a dog 🐾 (he got a sandwich too). Thanks to everyone who helped make today possible.
