Overview:
✅ This program is intended to guide and consolidate the theory, concept, and use of Zygomatic and the “all on x” technique using Zygomatic, Nasal, and pterygoid implants.
✅ The first day is a recap of the theory as well as a practical hands-on workshop and the second day will include two live surgery observations by our course mentors.
✅ The next three days are completely patient-based with surgeries, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
✅ Each day starts with a group discussion and treatment planning of the case to follow.
✅ During the surgery, each delegate will be closely mentored and guided through the case.
✅ The afternoon sessions mimic the morning which by the end of the course will provide each delegate with at least two live surgeries per day.
✅ By the end of the week, each delegate should leave with an immense amount of practical experience in placing zygomatic and pterygoid implants.
✅ Each Participant will perform 5-6 surgeries, placing 6-8 Zygoma and 3-4 pterygoid.

The Multi-Unit system comprises a full range of sizes for both the upper and lower jaws.
Straight, 17, 30, 45, 52 and 60 degrees adapters, in a variety of heights, connects to a wide range of complementary products.

Use the angled guide pin to choose the correct angle;
Allows for meticulous placement of dental implants, precision and accuracy.

Guided surgery along with two sinus augmentations using Onyx Implant: Surgery performed by Dr. Yaniv Mayer, Periodontist.

A 65-year-old male patient, a non-smoker, presented with a significant loss of maxillary incisors and molars due to periodontal disease, and was previously utilizing a removable prosthesis.
After an initial phase of preparation and stabilization of his periodontal condition, we proceeded with the installation of implants using a surgical guide.
The treatment plan involved placing two Onyx implants in the region of the maxillary incisors and four additional implants in the positions of the first and second molars, along with two lateral sinus augmentations.

A resorbable membrane and xenograft were inserted into the sinus, and a collagen membrane was placed over the lateral window.
The surgical stent fit perfectly and provided exceptional stability, allowing for precise soft tissue management without interference.
All implants were inserted through the sleeves of the stent, achieving an initial stability of more than 40 Ncm. Due to the design of the drills, we could harvest autogenic bone particles during the osteotome preparation before placing the implants. The surgical flaps were sutured with nylon 5/0 and were removed after 2 weeks.

treated with conventional implants. To this end, the technique of zygomatic implants and
pterygoid implants will be studied. In addition, the technique of mandibular ramus grafts to

Khoury, will be discussed. Both techniques will be performed on cryo-preserved cadaver
heads, which gives realism to this form of training.

Restoring bone prior to implantation.
