柔道形是柔道訓練的重要組成部分, 課程提供機會讓黑帶考生及有興趣學員掌握柔道形的正確動作,技巧及基本原則 。 本課程將由經驗豐富的教練和裁判指導。

一年一度嘅大專賽完滿落幕🥳中大運動員位位英姿煥發😼幾位運動員首次參加柔道比賽表現已經令人讚嘆，亦有健兒嘅表現突飛猛進，盡顯體育精神🥋希望是次比賽能精進實戰技巧，與其他大專院校切磋交流之餘，也能為各位留下美好回憶😊

2024香港國際柔道錦標賽將於本星期2月24日及2月25日在烏溪沙青年新村舉行🥋🔥

🕗時間：逢星期三 7-9:30pm
（9月20, 27日 ; 10月4, 11, 18, 25日; 11月1, 8, 15, 22, 29日)
📍地點：聯合書院張祝珊師生康樂大樓一樓乒乓球室
💲學費：每學期 $450
CU Judo Lesson will begin on 20/9. The details are below:
🗓Date: 20, 27 Sept; 4, 11, 18, 25 Oct; 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 Nov (every Wednesdays)
🕖Time: 7-930pm
📍Venue: Table Tennis Room, Cheung Chuk Shan Amenities Building, United College, Cuhk
