Today I experienced my full circle Glow Up moment while teaching my Kundalini practicum during teacher training.

It’s these moments which my soul has pushed me towards.

I feel so much love and gratitude for myself and my journey and all who have crossed my path.

The teachers and mentors that helped me evolve and come back home to myself.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I am not anybody’s guru, I am simply a reminder of the healer and guru within you.

I am here to hold the space for you to remember the guru in you.

Something about sharing these private notes feels both terrifying and freeing.

So much has changed, however my purpose has not.

Over the last few days I have been thinking about the fact that so much of my journey was never captured on camera.

As a matter of fact when my journey began I still had a Nokia phone with snake and a blackberry!

Remember those phones?!?

I was thinking about how sharing on social media in real time has really changed the way we live.

How it can take us from the present moment.

That’s something I never want to lose.

Especially now.

Each day is a gift.

Truly as they say the present is indeed a present and I don’t want to miss it.

It has me teeter back and forth on how to capture my life as well as how to share it.

This piece is a journey for me, however my purpose remains the same. I am here to help people reconnect with their souls and return to the authentic self.

At the time I had no idea what it meant, but I began to listen to that voice + it led me on a wild + unexpected journey back home to myself.

From that moment my life began to change, first slowly and then at a more rapid pace.

When my journey first began I felt as though I knew NO ONE like me. This was before Instagram was populated with coaches + spirituality, TikTok wasn’t even a platform.

I was left to UNLOCK my magic on my own, to figure it out and ultimately report back my findings with my own world.

In doing that, I lost friends, my family had moments of thinking I had lost my mind + I kept digging bc I KNEW I WAS SO MUCH MORE THEN THE WORLD HAD LEAD ME TO BELIEVE.

At the time I vowed that when my soul guided me, I would make sure no one else ever felt as lonely as I did on my journey.

5 years ago I rebranded my first group coaching program then titled The Guru in You to Glow Up Your Chakras.

She is me 👋🏼

Is she you too?

Lately I have been living in my practices, stretching my meridians daily (available inside glow up your organs).

Diving into my Kundalini Yoga practices and I navigate a 10 month long yoga teacher training.

I dialed in my gut health with the support of a test I took from and from that test I have shifted my diet to amplify my superfoods and eliminate anything that wasn’t processing in my body.

I’m cooking daily.

You see, we change.

Our practices change.

Our density changes.

In the last two years my grandmother and great aunt passed away and it really altered my reality.

It brought so much up to the surface to heal.

It broke my heart open and with that at times I felt a lack of purpose because I moved to Miami to be closer to them, I had barely considered there deaths.

And now, well now I have all of this space.

In the past I would try to avoid that space.

Numbing it with food, w**d, work, alcohol, s*x, shopping, any distraction really.

But I’m at a place in my life where I have no desire to be numb, as a matter of fact all I want to do is feel.

With that I’m learning to let go again.

Learning to separate from relationships that keep me distracted or in a level of density.

Because if this is the only life I have (which in this moment it is) then I want to enjoy it and not waste any time.

So I let go, I choose to vibrate higher.

I make peace with that was knowing as I do I make room for what’s to come.

I choose to honor my needs not worrying about the outcome because if I am living in my truth that’s what matters.

Call it selfish if you may, but the real ones know this is self care.

We are collectively entering a new chapter, with that comes choice and free will.

So I want to ask you…

What’s most important to you?

How are you taking care of you?
Mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically?

Are you living in your truth?

Remember it’s your life, go ahead and make you happy.

Your angels, guides and ancestors are rooting for you.

I am too 💫

My goal each day is to love freely and to share love unconditionally.

I do this because it feels good, because in this world love is free and we don’t share it often enough.

There are times when people find fear in the amount of love I share.

Some people get overwhelmed as it’s not something they have experienced or accepted before.

I hug extra long.

I look into your eyes when I speak to you.

I may touch your heart or give you a kiss on the forehead and that is because I love.

I love unconditionally.

There are no strings.

It doesn’t mean anything more, it doesn’t mean anything less.

It’s just means that I am love and I am happy to share that with each and everyone of you.

By doing so I hope that each of you will also share a little love with someone every day 💗

6 years ago I tattooed the word magician to my finger…

2 years ago I would have done anything to scratch it off.

Stepping into the magician archetype has been no easy feat.

Reiki was my “gateway drug” into a world I had never explored.

That’s right, reiki was my gateway, Holy Fire Reiki specifically.

Before reiki came into my life I had no idea that feelings I felt both within and around me were that of energy.

I had no idea how to move energy let alone that it was even a thing.

Reiki was brought into my life after my best friend passed away and my mediumship opened up.

I was guided to a training first in usui then I was guided to Holy Fire which was so much more impactful.

Within days of my master training I could feel my cells changing.

I noticed myself changing.

I began to slow down.

I began to worry less.

My mind began to open and expand to things I had never considered.

Pain and trauma that was lodged in my body and mind began to leave.

And the journey got better and better.

I began teaching Reiki over 5 years ago and I have seen clients over and over again also enter into this gateway experience and have the most incredible transformations.
