Sir Toto Tabal is a renowned international designer currently based in Cebu. He's been working on the field for over 6 years and studied fashion design in London. He practiced his craft for some years at Dubai where he was applauded and awarded as Best Designer last 2006. Sir Toto Tabal now has 2 shops at Talamban, Cebu, and is about to open his 3rd shop at Lapu-lapu City. He is also now part of the EF Magnifique Model Management Executive Heads.
