Fresh Fish Friday! Today Island Crab Company brought us some delicious Cobia. Cobia has a mild, sweet flavor. It has a higher oil content, making Cobia a rich, moist fish when cooked. We recommend it blackened with one of our delicious Orange Mojitos 🍊
