I regularly host Spiritual Round Table talks, where we have real raw honest and completely unscripted conversations about spiritual topics.

One of my goals is to make sure no one has to walk this spiritual journey alone; and I’m really excited about this roundtable for so many reasons. I’m bringing women who are on an aligned mission to spread love and healing on this planet together for some discussions around some of he “hard topics” !

as I am sitting with the energy for the month of August I feel that we need to draw from the message of the divine alignment session. (If you missed it you can find the replay in my fb group)

in August; make sure to focus on compassion for others; having faith and courage to face the unknown; and understanding on a deeper level that we create (manifest) through the frequency of joy.

In times of chaos and upheaval, it’s important to focus on stability and grounding. Doing so will help you navigate through challenges with grace and resilience.

I don’t exactly know why chaos and upheaval is what I’m feeling.... I’ll be honest I haven’t seen any news. I am not intentionally trying to “bury my head in the sand” so to speak, but I have had other things that have taken my time and attention so I haven’t spent the energy on news.
So there very well could be something in the collective that would resonate at “chaos and upheaval”.

Keep in mind we’re meant to rise above the chaos.

It’s time to step into your divine authority and living out divine truth.

I feel like I need to encourage you to use the month of August to recharge because there could be some big eruptions in September when Pluto shifts back into Capricorn for a bit. Something will be revealed.🧐

I love this quote so much and I see this happen too often.

In spiritual training people want to learn "alll the things right now" and they end up self sabotaging because they don't take the time to let what they are going through or what they are learning calibrate.

I've seen this with getting energy work, they'll get back to back sessions from different practitioners
or back to back readings from mediums/psychics/astrologers,

and it ends up being information overload and your nervous system literally cannot integrate it all.

Whatever you're trying to learn.... SLOW DOWN.

I've seen this when teaching on spiritual gifts as well. People get frustrated because they want to have the same ease of connection that I have now............ 🤦‍♀️ when they are just new to their gifts... and I've been doing this for years!!!!

It's called a spiritual "practice" for a reason. It's something that is contingent on commitment and discipline. In my spiritual gifts training I often say

" this isn't sexy answer" but the truth is you have to be willing to

know yourself
be humble
practice spiritual hygiene
use discernment
have discipline
and commit

Remember that you are an instrument of the divine and you were meant to hold frequency, anchor and light and radiate love.

Self acknowledgment and energetic responsibility is paramount in the upcoming months and years.
