Madeline's Patisserie has finally found a great recipe for gluten-free chocolate cake. So if you were getting tired of the fudgy, rich, GF Flourless Chocolate Cakes, then this is perfect! We really couldn't even tell that it was GF! Private message us for details and prices, prices will be a little bit higher, just because of the cost of GF flour.
We are also offering GF Flourless Chocolate Cupcakes, you may request a regular buttercream from our menu or you may request a dairy free version of our buttercream, some flavors may not be available.
Madeline's Patisserie also offers any flavor of cake or buttercream to those who would wish to order cupcakes instead of a cake. For one dozen it is $15.00 for two dozen it is $25.00, all orders that exceed that amount, please PM us for details and pricing! Thank you!
Madeline's Patisserie is now offering chocolate chip cookie dough buttercream! It is a vanilla buttercream with edible cookie dough mixed in!! The edible cookie dough is made without eggs, and the flour is cooked before being added to the dough.
How It Began...
From age 2, Madeline loved to mix and bake. Her favorite place was--and continues to be--the kitchen. Throughout the years, she’s tackled choux pastry, eclairs, tarts, shortbreads, pies, cakes, and French macarons. She’s not afraid to explore new recipes and modify current ones to fit her family’s dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sugar, etc.). Her dream involves one day running her own cafe and bakery.
Kristin grew up in a family of pie bakers. Everyone in her family, including her brothers, makes pies from scratch. (Ask her about their famous cherry almond pie.) She loves tinkering with recipes and thinks she’s found the perfect GF chocolate chip cookie recipe.
For now, Kristin & Madeline would love to offer you a variety of low-sugar, gluten-free, and dairy-free options--desserts that make your taste buds skip and twirl. They also have a wide variety of pies, tarts, cakes, breads, and cookies that are not GF.
