t menu to suit each business as an individual. All our therapists go through extensive training in each of the treatment protocols and also customer care, we only select therapists with a minimum of 5 years massage experience and proven backgrounds. Mallorca Spa Professionals is managed by Yordan Konov and Catherine Callan who both have a therapist background. During the past 12 years Yordan has travelled all over the world delivering outstanding treatments to discerning clients from all warps of live, he is fluent in English, Spanish and Russian and also speaks German to an intermediate level. Catherine who is from the UK has been working in luxury 5 star Spa`s both on land and on the sea, firstly as a beautician and massage therapist working her way to management rolls which she has enjoyed doing for the past 8 years. Having both spent the last 8 years working in some of the most prestigious Hotels on the Island of Mallorca we have garnered an in dept knowledge of guest needs and expectations, but have seen the lack of a standards and basic customer care leading us to develope our business.
