A few rules for the non bikers out there to avoid something unnecessary taking place.
1) Don't bother even approaching a biker with a patch on his back if you base your knowledge on what you have seen on DSTV or some du***ss movie...
2) Don't speak to a biker with a sh*tty attitude or aggressively, especially when you think your buddies have your back or you have had one too many. You will be surprised at the comeback, regardless of size. Just because one biker wears a different patch does not mean that they are Arch rivals. They are are probably best mates when the need arises.
3)You will be met with the same respect you give, good or bad, ten fold.
4) Do not touch his bike, his lady, his kids, his club members,or put a hand on his patch.
5) Don't be abusive towards kids, old people or animals.... They are VERY sensitive about this...!!!!
6) Do NOT try remove something from his or her pockets, cuts or anywhere on their person.
7) Respect is earned, loyalty belongs to family.... We drink, we swear, we go crazy and don't do normal, applies most of the time.
8) You are NOT a biker just because you have a bike.
9)If you put a patch on your back, but not affiliated to a club, and have not done the time,it is a sign of disrespect.
10) Do not be on your phone while driving and have the misfortune of colliding with a biker. You may lose more than your phone.
11) Other than the above, there may be a few other things that p*e them off.... We are quite a nice bunch..... Once we get to know you....

RIGHT!? So you have bought your cool new ride and been around the block a few times to master all the ins and out's of your awesome Motorcycle.
Now,.... Ask yourself are you confident enough to go tearing down the streets like a dog who had he nuts chopped off or are you willing to learn?
Here are the steps you need to take to join a motorcycle club:
Step 1. Understand if motorcycle clubs are for you (pros & cons of a motorcycle club)
Step 2. Buy a motorcycle & learn how to ride
Step 3. Know the rules of the club
Step 4. Know the rules of the club when you do group riding
Step 5. Look for club members (hang around)
Step 6. Start hanging around with the club members
Step 7. Get the prospect status
Step 8. Pay the money
Step 9. Join the club formally (get the patchwork status)
Step 10. Go riding with the club and enjoy its benefits of its unique brother / sisterhood.
If all these steps make sense to you we would like to hear from you. Come ride with us and learn.
Some good riding this weekend with the Phantom Riders Funday at their club house and making a turn at Bikers 4 Bikers at Centurions.
So our Saturday started at the Toppies jol. Nice turnout and as usual everyone was welcomed with a smile and a shot of OBS, we then headed out to the Knights Eastrand jol at Hippos. Also a good turnout and a nice ride there. We ended the day at Alfies pub.
Going to be a busy weekend coming up. Starting with the Knights jol at Hippos and then doing a trip down to Toppies Dice Run.
Come join us if you have nothing to do.
