This past Mandela Day, we planted a garden at Stepping Stone Hospice’s new children’s in-patient unit. We spent the day digging and planting and painting, and left dirty and achy but also so humbled by the experience and proud of the tranquil oasis we helped create – a haven where patients, families, caregivers and volunteers can find peace, connect with nature and simply enjoy the outdoors. Our heartfelt thanks for all the assistance we received from valued clients and other friends and supporters of TCC. Every contribution helped bring this project to life, at a facility that will no doubt prove vital in offering specialised care and comfort for young patients facing life-limiting illnesses. YOU helped make it happen!

Annual Cannes Young Lions Film Challenge
Our very own Kyle Engelsman and Tyron Deakin recently entered the Annual Cannes Young Lions Film Challenge, a competition open to any creative under the age of 30. They were given 48 hours to write, shoot, edit and produce a 60-second commercial for UNICEF South Africa that tackled violence and bullying in schools. Part of the brief included stats from UNICEF. What they put together was a compelling film that spoke to children to stand together against violence in schools, because school should be a safe place for all.
