I had the privilege to inspire 26 business woman on Thursday morning! This was my 3rd Ladies Business Brunch and I decided to demonstrate the power of inspiration by inviting one lady up to join me and tell us about why she started her business and what encouraged her to do so. Charmaine from Forget me Not Gifts and Decor had the courage to share her story and wow! We were all amazed at where she was and how she managed to be where she is today.

While she was telling her story the ladies wrote down one sentence of what inspired them about her. I then read some of these notes back to her so that she could hear what others thought of her and it was so amazing to see what the ladies wrote down. This was emotional but necessary. We all need to be reminded why we should keep doing what we love!

It's not easy to put yourself out there! Just as leaders they had to start somewhere. I'm so proud of those that had the courage to stand up and talk about their passion!
