I just wanted to say thank you to my clients for all the recommendations on different FB groups, it's truly appreciated and your support even more so. Please note this time of the year we (Airconditioning companies) are all running ourselves silly due to the high call volumes of folks experiencing the lovely KZN summers🤣 especially the folk from inland, please be patient we will definitely get to you. With great pleasure we would like to inform you our clients that we supply CorrosionX and will be selling it directly to you the public... For a few years now we have used it on the units we installed and as per our pictures you can see a year old unit with not a spot of rust on it. As the crow fly this unit is about 1km from the sea and experiences the full might of what coastal living can do to it but with the help of CorrosionX she has been safe guarded from rust.

Servicing of commercial Refrigeration is always important, it's the same concept as drive from KZN to JHB with a piece of plastic covering your car radiator... Your engine runs at a set temp and needs it to be maintained by means of cool air blowing over it to cool your water down which in return keeps your engen cool, so too does your compressor need a clean and clear coil to keep the gas cool. Not having a clean or clear radiator you will blow your engen before you reach PMB. Only difference on your Commercial Refrigeration is that it runs 24/7 365 days a year. Before the summer rush kicks in and all refrigeration companies are running themselves into a coma ge it done now and be ready when the heat hits.

Update on Scotsman and the solinoid valve issue. Solinoid valve changed, she's been running for about 4 hours and as you can see she's dropping like a dream. Ready for a good service and back to it's owner.

Another little Scotsman giving it's owner countless headaches, makes Ice but not dropping quick enough. Solinoid Valve seems to open but not enough to warm up the coil to release the ice cubes from the coil. Runs defrost cycle but cuts back in before it has dropped the ice. So two things which would cause this 1. Pc board faulty or 2. Solinoid valve not opening enough for it to pass hot gas through the evaporative coil. My calculated opinion is the solinoid valve because of a couple factors. 1. Solinoid valve gets extremely hot, 2. Gas pressure (low pressure and high pressure) should switch around but my HP (high pressure) goes into over drive and my LP (low pressure) goes into a complete vacuum. So changing the solinoid valve then starting the whole operation all over. It normally takes about 3 hours to do this, not because the work takes long but the waiting between run cycles🙈

Island freezer with an internal gas leak🙈 we have always wanted to try fix one with an internal leak but let me tell you, it's one task we will never take on again🤣😂 it was fun manufacturing new internal panels and what not, but the next one will definitely go to the scrap shop or become a very expensive cooler box🤣 it's working like a dream and a satisfied customer which was both objectives we tried to achieve and we did it. Now for the new week and some awesome new challenges to come.
