Aquamach responded to a call concerned about a high water bill. Once plumbers arrived a basic trace and locate procedure was followed by isolating specific parts of the system to identify approximately where the leak is.

However further investigation was opted for by means of special leak detection equipment. The system was drained and fed with special gasses, this allowing for the snooper to trace the gasses escaping from the piping where the leak may be pin pointed.

Instead of excavation and repair, due to system still consisting out of galvanised pipework. Customer made the wise decision to reroute entire main line, increasing the diameter and surface mounting allows for an improvement in flow and easy leak detection in the future.

Once job was done, an invoice and report were issued for it to be submitted to the council for further assistance with the matter.

Aquamach responded to 3 call-outs concerning a blocked drain in a matter of a 2 week period.

Plumbers thus offered further investigation with CCTV camera inspection equipment. Once the problem was identified and measured. The decision to follow reccomended steps and excavate and repair a section of the sewer system was voted for by trustees.

Finally a routine CCTV camera inspection will be done to confirm removal of roots causing frequent blockages.
