Everyone has body issues and there are so many unrealistic expectations for body image ..You need to accept who you are and what you have , beauty is the goal in life that is unobtainable if you don't love yourself. You have to be happy with the way you look and not try to conform to a stereotype .Lastly you have to be OK with looking different. ❤🥺

Guys let's stop being so judgemental. Let's stop expecting people to be perfect .All this body shaming and being homopjobic is really unnecessary. Judging people's background and how they live their lives is uncool ..Let's stop being so focused on other people's lives .Let's start living a healthy life by drinking water and minding our own business. What a person does with her life is none of your business .Let's start living in a community where everyone is themselves without being questioned or criticized .Let's live in a happy communities and we learn to love one another .who knows maybe the world would change in a better way .Maybe the number of people having depression and committing su***de would decrease

We the Empowered Minds, a youth organization, are encouraging us all to advocate for women who are afraid to speak up for equal rights and to push forward against gender discrimination.
This is the generation where we act on raising awareness on women empowerment and for us to allow women to redefine gender roles and lead to a better society.
STRENGTH comes from within.
The ability to ADAPT, DEVELOP and TRANSFORM.

We need to reshape our own perception of how we view ourselves. We have to step up as women and take the lead.

Whether I am meant to or not, I challenge assumptions about women. I do make some people uncomfortable, which I'm well aware of, but that's just part of coming to grips with what I believe is still one of the most important pieces of unfinished business in human history—empowering women to be able to stand up for themselves.

A woman with a voice is, by definition, a strong woman❤

If you believe in yourself and feel confident in yourself, you can do anything. I really believe that.

A rose can never be a sunflower, and a sunflower can never be a rose. All flowers are beautiful in their own way, and that’s like women too. I want to encourage women to embrace their own uniqueness.
