Water is essential to the entire body; after all, our bodies are made up of approximately 60% water. Keeping the body hydrated both internally and externally is something that we all need to do to look and feel good.

Your six to eight hours of sleep is a long period to go without any water consumption. Drinking water first thing in the morning immediately helps rehydrate the body.

Here a few more great reasons to ensure that you rehydrate when you wake up:

Full Recipe
·6 scoops Herbalife24 Enhanced Protein Powder
·1 sweet onion, diced
·2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
· 2 garlic cloves, minced
· 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
· 2 tsp cumin
· 1/2 tsp salt
· 1/2 tsp pepper
· 3 cups red enchilada sauce
· 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
· 2 cups brown rice, cooked
· 1 lime juiced
· 1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Garnish each serving with: 1/2 avocado and lime wedge
Layer the onion, jalapeños and garlic in the crockpot. Add the chicken, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pour over the enchilada sauce and 3 cups broth. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. Shred the chicken using two forks. Stir in the rice, lime juice, Enhanced Protein Powder and cilantro. Taste and add salt if needed.

Full Recipe
1 pound sushi grade ahi tuna, cut into 3/4 -inch cubes
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, plus more for garnish
2 cups brown rice, or white rice, cooked
2 cups salad greens

In a medium-sized bowl combine ahi tuna, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, crushed red pepper flakes, green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve immediately or refrigerate covered for up to 2 hours before serving. Toss to recombine in the sauce before serving. Add cooked rice, salad, poke and desired toppings to each bowl.
