Throwback to 2017, I was extremely thin these days.🍏 I was following a plant based diet but I wasn't including all the vitamins and minerals that I needed to keep a healthy weight. I started eating a lot more so that I could gain some weight. This just ended up with me gaining a whole bunch of unhealthy weight. This time I'm doing things right! Eating clean and adapting a balanced lifestyle. I started small, with changing my breakfast and working out 4-5 times a week. Can't wait to see what happens this month! 🌻😁

Wow wow wow I couldn't hold the excitement when I compared my pictures from last week VS this week. 1 more week to go for this current challenge and I'm happy with the progress.
