Did you know that there is an ideal time to eat all of our meals?
Here's how you can incorporate routines to your meal times!
π Breakfast: Ideal time to eat is between 7 to 8 am. It is also advisable to eat within 30 mins of waking up!
π Lunch: Ideal time to eat is between 12 to 14:30 pm and no later than 4 pm. Always remember that the ideal time gap between breakfast and lunch is 4 hours.
π Dinner: Ideal time to eat dinner is between 6 to 9 pm. Don't have it later than 10 pm. This meal should be at least 3 hours before you sleep.
