The Matrix Rod

There is something special about targeting these incredible fish. It will always be a privilege to catch these elusive fish. The kob was safely released.

The double hook trace I use for targeting kob on livebait is extremely effective and the BKK Offset Heavy Circle 8/0 & BKK Red Octopus Beak 7/0 hooks makes sure of that. I have a very high hook-up ratio when using these hooks for kob. Definitely a game changer!fishing

Kobbing around with soft plastics is always a delight.

Ohhh man this is surely my favourite eating fish! 🥹😍
Although small they are plenty fun to catch on light tackle in between the rocks. snapping up some nuggets also adds to the whole experience!
