How to 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 with 𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒂 𝑩𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒔:

1. Find a quiet spot; sit tall and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths to centre yourself. Set your intention.

2. If you have a mantra for your practice, use it to chant silently in your nind, or out loud.

3. Starting at the Guru bead, use your thumb to pull each smaller bead toward you as you recite your mantra.

4. Do not pass over the Guru Bead. If you want to continue the meditation, after you make a full circle; then reverse direction to begin again.
