OUTDOOR BASED SPORTS CONDITIONING Sam is a 14 year old waterpolo and rugby player. Here we can see a small snippet of him giving 100% in his "warrior workout". He performed full-body based exercises focusing on his aerobic endurance as well as a core circuit which emphasizes wrist and shoulder stability. Being a rugby and waterpolo player, injuries can happen easily if the athlete is not fully conditioned. When fatigue begins to set in, muscles and joints become susceptible to strains and tears. The exercises used in this workout were designed to give Sam a solid all-round conditioning for some of the most vulnerable parts of the body in his sports. Form is also of utmost importance, which is an ongoing journey to help improve Sam's own performance and execution in his form throughout his workouts. We love having Sam be a part of the FMS family!!
