Based in Cape Town, Home by design is a product born out of a high demand for architectural plans (Plumbing and Electrical), 3d drawings, renders and even cutting lists that budget conscious customers require to install their dream kitchen, bedroom and or bathroom.
With our package in hand you will be able to go to a builder or carpenter to quote you on only "materials and labour".
All our drawings and plans are based on locally sourced granite, counter tops, kitchenware etc in Cape Town so you know exactly what costs to expect. We also assist in sourcing only the best "bang for buck" materials to get that Top End Kitchen or Bathroom you've dreamt of!

This drastically reduces the total end cost resulting in a ever growing demand for our service.Cost of our services is determined by the sqm of your space. No surprises. All you need to do is to send us the rough dimensions and we can give you an approximate quote. To provide technically accurate drawings and plans we do need to conduct an onsite visit. This includes a comprehensive consultation on space planning, kitchen / bathroom design, technical aspects and appropriate finishes. This ranges from simple and cost effective to high end finishes & designs.
