Banana loaf recipe
Ingredients
100ml oil
1cup white or brown sugar
500ml cake flour
2 eggs
3 large bananas smashed
1tspn bicarbonate of soda
1tbspn baking powder

Method :
Beat eggs and sugar well add oil and beat add bananas and vanilla essence and fold dry ingredients bake in a greased loaf tin @180 °for 45 minutes.

Queen cakes recipe
Ingredients :
100g margarine
250ml sugar
1egg
5ml vanilla essence
500ml cake flour
2.5ml bicarbonate of soda
150ml amasi

Method :
Cream margarine and sugar together until fluffy add your egg and vanilla essence and beat further gradually add your dry ingredients alternating with amasi and bake @ 180° for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients :
250ml sugar
500ml cake flour
100ml oil
3 eggs
15ml baking powder
10ml lemon essence
50ml lemon juice
60ml poppy seeds

Method :
Beat eggs and sugar well add oil essence and lemon juice and beat for further minute add flour, baking powder and poppy seeds until everything is incorporated and smooth spoon into a greased loaf pan or any pan of your choice.
Bake @180 °for 30-35 minutes

Amasi Scones

Recipe:
Ingredients
6 cups flour
250g margarine
250g sugar
8 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups amasi
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method :
Mix dry ingredients in a big bowl add margarine mix until resembles soft bread crumbs in a separate bowl beat 2eggs,amasi and vanilla essence than add to your flour mixture mix and don't over mix

Roll your dough and cut using cookie cutter then egg wash using a pastry brush and bake @180° for 20-25 minutes.
