I’m a qualified BarreConcept instructor, and have been teaching classes for 6 years. I have found BarreConcept to be one of the best exercises for better strength, toning and flexibility - and we have so much fun!

Yesterday Senta, Sumeshnee and Kirsten performed at the The Robin Hood Foundation South Africa mahala tea fundraiser.

The Robin Hood foundation is incredibly close to our hearts and are needing a lot of support and help right now as they distribute food and clothing to flood victims.

It was a joy to dance at their fundraiser ♥️
