A healing circle is like a compass that can help us self regulate in orientating us in the inner and outer worlds as we move through life.

When you come to a place where you feel stuck in your life reflect on whether you are stuck Ina mental emotional, physical, or spiritual place. Is it and inner or outer place of stickiness.
Sometimes the answer is not in front of you, and you have to circle back to your roots.

Having difficulty moving forward is part of our journey. We often think we need to always be progressing however we experience cycles ,gentle ebs and flows as does the moon, sun and seasons.

Healing circles are safe havens. They help us step out of our ordinary time into a safe and accepting space in which we can explore our healing a connect with our subtle self, our non physical body that envelopes each person .

Acupuncture stimulates our life force energy in and around our body. It provides movement and balance where energy may be excessive, deficient or obstructed. You may experience a better mental or emotional clarity, less physical pain, improved wellbeing or a deeper spiritual connection within yourself. " 🤍

To vaccinate or to not vaccinate...

It's certainly been confusing and challenging for us all, including medical professionals.

For the first time we are being guided to remember what we have forgotten:- how to think for ourselves...

I do understand how some are saying its socially irresponsible to not vaccinate🙏🏼
However absolutely nobody can be forced, should be coerced, motivated or incentivised to take any medicine or medical procedure.

As adults, we have autonomy over  our bodies, and that is a very special and pure right. 

Knowing the facts allows one to discern if taking the vaccine ( considering the possibility of side effects ) outlays the potential of contracting covid ( considering the complications of covid or passing on covid ) .

Cut out the drama of social media, cut out the opinions of everyone else, cut out your fears and limits.

Your decision is your personal choice for which you have reasons, and for which you will shoulder the responsibility.

It is not to be imposed on another.
