Had such a wonderful time with Jane Linley-Thomas this morning, speaking about life post car crash, on her new IG Live platform: “Coffee and Conversation”.
Blown away by the kindness that has been shown. I truly believe we are all so deeply connected-we only really start getting a glimpse of its depth when we allow ourselves to share with one another. Normally on socials, we post only ‘the good stuff’-how incredible that Jane has created a safe space for people to share their stories-perhaps we learn the most from the not-so-great stuff. And in that sharing, we are allowed the opportunity to realise that we are never alone.

Dear Don Seagreen,
It’s been quite the year-you welcomed me back to Big Bear Entertainment and helped me in my darkest hour-for that alone I will never be able to thank you enough.
But more importantly, you have been the most incredible friend. We have literally laughed and cried together and shared the most incredible music moments which have lifted my spirits beyond words.

Sleep when you’re dead, right?
Between gigs, running Equi-Floor KZN, doing photography and design work for Double Take Multimedia AND teaching dancing and piano… I got my work cut out for me 😂
How? Well, it’s all about attitude and looking after yourself so you can then look after others and do life to the best of your ability!
I’ve been on a wellness journey for the last 7 weeks with the AMAZING Rise Squad (that will be a whole post in its own!) but honestly, when you make your wellness a priority, everything around you shifts and I am so grateful that I am able to do alllllll the things I get to do with my time!
