Willow and Sage now offers an exquisite new Moms and Tots, customised range.

Turning a double garage into a homey studio apartment. Making use of the original brick walls, with a touch of white paint (being cost effective) and creating a high ceiling for the illusion of space. Extra high cupboards should not be an extra expense, as the doors are usually produced at the standard height of about 2,7. The off cuts are generally discarded although you’ve paid for the full length. So if you can, keep the height of 2,7m.

AFTER. Adding some intensity! Burgundy pink and lots of mirror for colour reflection. Waiting for more collectable decor items. The joy of florals, incorporating all the shades of the Oak “Gardens” theme.

You don’t have to spend a lot to make something lovely. Use the imperfections, create simple but bold basic features, add warmth with personal touches throughout and always remember that a project is never complete without the ebb and flow of all the hearts that enter it. The added photos and memories and collectibles and smiles, is what will ultimately be the soul and depth of that space. Breathe life and gratitude into every corner but mostly, keep praying and believing and work with integrity of heart. In so doing; your space will become your passion, which will then become your love, which will then lead to your ultimate success.

We softened the fireplace with a stunning floral wallpaper and decided to go for a dynamic blue, contemporary couch. The room now lends itself to some exquisite pieces of art and an abundance of greenery to enhance the “Oak Gardens” theme.

Adding light and glamour to a dark entrance. Below right shows the original dark floor and ceilings. Keeping the beams in the original stain and using the original chandeliers, to blend the old and new.

Turning an old brown chair into something outstanding with a variety of covers for the restaurant theme.

An old door cut in half to create the bar counter top. Blending the old and the new is always a unique winner.

Restoring an old heritage house into a glamorous restaurant. We found some old railway sleepers in the garden to hang above the bar and used an old door to create a unique bar counter.

Lots of fun adding some colour and restyling to this lovely resturant.

My client had some gorgeous pieces of fabric from previous Hertex sales. We made a runner to brighten up another beautiful old oak table from her garage, which we fixed and left as natural wood. If we had time we would have sanded it fresh and oiled.
