IT Helpdesk Technician/support required to join a Siyashesha Galaxy technology growing team in a Pinetown-based ICT Consultancy.(SOMEONE IN PINETOWN AND SURROUNDING AREAS PREFERABLE)

Experience and skills required:

At least 3 years in an IT helpdesk roll, non-negotiable

Working knowledge of Windows 7 - 10

Working knowledge of Windows Server 2012 - 2019, including Active Directory

Working knowledge of concepts such as DNS and DHCP

Working knowledge of MS Office 2010 - 2019 / Office 365

Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 email functionality

A+ N+ Server+ Security+ Highly advantageous

MCITP highly advantageous

Knowledge of MikroTik routers highly advantageous

Knowledge of Ubiquiti routers and wireless solutions highly advantageous

Cisco networking knowledge advantageous

Camera installation

Be able to Fix Printing Machine and computers

Knowledge of IP PBX systems highly advantageous

Knowledge of IP surveillance systems highly advantageous

Knowledge of Sophos and Fortigate firewalls highly advantageous
