*Subject: Condemnation of Racist Remarks by DA Ward Councillor Sharon Sabbagh*

The African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL) Victor Molosi Region strongly condemns the recent racist remarks made by DA Ward Councillor Sharon Sabbagh during a Council meeting. It is unacceptable for any individual, especially an elected official, to use derogatory and racist language towards others.

We call on the Knysna Municipal Council Speaker's office to urgently investigate this incident and take appropriate action against this Sharon Sabbagh.

There is no place for racism in our society, and we will not tolerate such behavior from anyone, regardless of their position. We stand firm in our commitment to equality and justice for all.
We refuse to be provoked or intimidated by the hateful words of individuals like Sharon Sabbagh. We urge the Council Speaker's office to uphold the values of inclusivity and respect, and to ensure that such incidents are dealt with swiftly and decisively.

We call on all South Africans to stand together against racism and discrimination, and to work towards a society where every individual is treated with dignity and respect.
