Scones anyone, I got bored of watching TV and decided to bake.
Recipe
4cups of cake flour(baking for one)
1/2 cup sugar
3tbsp baking powder
1/2 tspn salt
250g Margarine, I cut this in half😃
2eggs
2 cups milk
2tspn vanilla essence
Preheat oven @ 180 deg
Mix all dry mixture together
Rub in butter until mixture is crumbly
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, butter and vanilla essence.
Mix all until dough is soft but not runny
Turn dough on floured surface then roll and cut to shape. Place in a greased pan and egg wash with pastry brush. Bake at 180deg until lightly brown and enjoy.
