For those interested:
Since taking over this project, everyone knew that the slab had to be redone. When we were awarded R50K from Overberg District Municipality it seemed like a prime opportunity to do so.
Who knows why the R50K ended up going into a tender process... Needless to say, the results speak for itself: skateparks should be built by skateboarders.
Fortunately, everyone involved took responsibility and contributed towards repairing the dammage.
