Job description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced manager to lead our halfway house team and ensure our members & guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for overseeing the daily operations of halfway house, managing staff, and driving
customer satisfaction.
Candidate must have the following experience/requirements:

• Over 2 years’ experience in a junior management position
• Experience in a fast-paced and busy environment is crucial – 07h00-16h00 shifts including
weekends and public holidays
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) both in English and Afrikaans essential
• Must be proficient with POS systems
• Stock management experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to oversee and streamline many processes for ease and efficiency
• Daily cash-ups
• Placing orders for all goods
• Training staff
• Excellent customer service skills
• Can-do attitude- willing to help out in all aspects of the running of the halfway house
• Vibrant & memorable character that is a pleasure to work with, that customers will remember

On Friday the 21st of June we hosted the very talented James Stewart & John Ellis as they brought us music from The Police and Sting!! They definitely entertained us as they got some good props from the audience!! Thank you, gents, for a great night of awesome music and laughs!!

On Friday the 7th of June we hosted Gareth James and his band who treated us to a wonderful tribute to Creedence Clearwater Revival and Smokie!! What a great night had by all!!
