We all know the healing benefits of Umhlonyane - Lengana - African Wormwood especially during these times. It's a well known African herbal medicine that has been used for years to combat symptoms of flu, colds, headaches and even malaria. It's also amazing for intestinal worms.

A tincture is an infusion of herbs. They are infused for at least 4 weeks in alcohol and because alcohol is a great extractor, you end up with a very potent herbal medicine. Tinctures are administered in drops hence the small quantity. A little really goes a long way
