MEATLESS MEAL
Lentil meatballs and spaghetti, the plant based version of spaghetti bolognese
Oh man! makes really good gateau. This 1 is the roasted coconut 😋😋
Apple baby puree. Nothing else but just apple and water.
Mango baby puree. I made the decision to stop buying bottled purees & make my own. Loving it.
MEATLESS MEAL
Creamy, cheesy and garlicky chickpeas & pasta. Truly delicious!
Lunchbox of the day: egg n mayo sandwich, apples, peanuts and raisins.
Chai tea
Lunchbox: pancakes grapes, cheese snacks & water as always.
The most important meal of the day.
Oats, apple & peanut butter energy balls.
Fremch toast with a side of grapes (& water) for today's lunchbox.

Keeping hydrated is very important when fasting. I love my lemon water, hot or cold.
Day 5 of the
Eat your fruits y'all, they're a great way to get in that natural sugar (you're probably missing your sugar, lol), juice them, make smoothies or sorbets. Possibilities are endless
Day 4 of the 21 Days Daniel's Fast
Mushroom with garlic and onions. Because I was eating it with brown rice, I made a sauce with water, salt, peppercorn spice & garlic+herb seasoning. This was really good.
Day 2 of the
Daniel Fast & plant based diet approved corn salad. You can use canned corn in brine, but I cooked my corn, added salad tomatoes, lettuce (can substitute with rocket or coriander) & red onion. I also add avocado but I didn't have this time around.
For dressing: drizzle olive oil & lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper & vegetable seasoning of your choice (I used garlic & herb seasoning).
