15-10-2022 •Graduation Party• at Lion Fish Guesthouse in Meyers Park.

We had set up beautifully outside by the garden (still waiting for the photographer to share the pictures) then Pretoria weather had us running to the house, first it was the wind 🌬️ then it started drizzling 🌧️ but nothing could really stop us. We nailed it, also given the fact that it was a last minute thing. Client called on Friday afternoon, made full payment immediately thereafter and prep were underway.

We all know how hectic a parent's day gets, that sometimes you don't even have time to prepare a good nutritious lunchbox for your kid. Well at Tiboncie Catering we understand, that's why we have come up with Kiddies Lunch Packs to help ease the pressure of those crazy mornings. We prepare your kid's lunch and deliver it fresh at their school during lunch breaks or at your door before they leave for school in the morning. See the poster for the different options to choose from, and you also have the option of customizing your own pack. With packs that include meals we only deliver at schools around Birchleigh, Norkem Park, Birch Acres, and Kempton Park.

Couscous, roasted potatoes, greens, sweetcorn, and beef.....

Creamy Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients:
2cups of Pasta(any kind)
2 or 3 medium chicken breasts (sliced)
1 onion
1 & 1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/3 cup of water (80ml)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 small broccoli
Half red pepper (diced not too small)
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
Method:
-Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
-Blanch your broccoli(soak it for 5minutes in hot water then pour it in ice water and set aside)
-Pat dry your chicken breast and slice them, then add them to a bowl, drizzle cooking oil, and season with paprika. In a large frying pan in medium heat, melt butter and brown your chicken. each side then remove from the pan. Using the same oil pan and butter, fry your onion till soft and add your garlic and red pepper, continue frying until the garlic releases flavor. Now add your heavy cream and turn your stove to low, add the water and mix well. Add the lemon seasoning, parsley, cheese and stir until well combined.
-Final step: add your balanced broccoli, cooked pasta, and fried chicken. Mix everything well and let it simmer for a few minutes and you are done. Enjoy!!
