Last week, Nondumiso Mdodana, Founder and Director of K Ndu Mining Solutions, had the privilege of attending the thought-provoking event hosted by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce.

This Women's Month, K Ndu Mining Solutions had the privilege of attending a special event hosted by the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC). Our team members, Nelly Matlaila and Nokwanda Dubazane, represented K Ndu with pride, joining a gathering of inspiring women in the industry. This event was a powerful reminder of the impact women are making in traditionally male-dominated industries, and we’re proud to be part of this movement!

K Ndu Mining Solutions is proud to see the continued support for Dlangezwa high school in Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal. Yesterday, a team from Barloworld Equipment Southern Africa delivered new school uniforms and five laptops to this remarkable all-girls school, which has a strong emphasis on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education, particularly encouraging young women to pursue careers in these fields.

This school holds a special place in our hearts, especially after the successful career day we hosted there last August, where Barloworld also played a key role. It’s inspiring to witness Barloworld’s ongoing commitment to empowering these future leaders in STEM. Well done to Barloworld for their dedication to this well-deserving school and for making a positive impact in our communities!

K Ndu Mining Solutions was thrilled to participate in the Women's Month Fun Run, proudly organised by the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy's Women in Mining Committee. Our team joined fellow industry colleagues on this empowering day, celebrating the strength and resilience of women in mining. We were also honoured to host one of the water stations along the route, ensuring all participants stayed hydrated as they took on the 3km, 5km and 8km challenges! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
