A joyful start to the New Year Destiny House was busy as the school aged children prepared for and enjoyed their first term of the 2024 school year. We have 11 children in school this year. Three of our children travel to Empangeni for school each day, enjoying the opportunities of a school focusing on their specific needs. Other...

What a joy that 2 of our Destiny House Grade 2 learners have had the opportunity to learn water safety with Mtuba Christian Academy at Marula Gardens. It was lovely to see one child being the top achiever in his class, having been very afraid of the water. Kholeka, who left Destiny House last year has been wonderful at teaching basic skills, learning to swim well herself.

Some of our older children enjoyed a day out to Richard's Bay, visiting The MV Logos Hope, the largest floating library in the world. Great excitement to see such a large ship and so, so many books.

Thank you to those who helped so that each child could be blessed with a book to take home and read.
