Themes of the course include
• Whole-brain development;
• Key words identification, summaries & memorization
techniques;
• Practical brain gymnastics exercises to improve memory;
• Promotion of concentration;
• Read, listen & writing techniques;
• Creation of a better self-esteem and goal formulation,
• Test and exam techniques and how to handle stress
better.
Course information
• This a 8-hour course offered over 4 days;
• With a maximum of 5 learners per course;
• For only R 2500 per learner and includes the follow up
