I last baked this 'mocha spongecake' in high school a long, very long, time ago! It is bringing back such amazing memories of sharing this with friends and licking our fingers from scraping the bottom for the yumness of it! 😛

Inspired by a friend's idea: a hanging basket with different mints! Apple mint, Spearmint, Peppermint, Corsican mint. What fun we had! Mine - terracotta pot; hers - hanging basket. Now to keep it alive! 😁
