Homemade mayonnaise

Meatballs served with mash potato and coleslaw..
Recipe for meatballs:
500g mince
1/2 of red and yellow pepper, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Portuguese steak seasoning or any of choice
1/2 tsp parsley
1 egg
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. Bake for 15 minutes till golden brown.(You can also pan fry) Put aside
Sauce:
1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
1/2 tsp of Worcestershire
1tsp tomato sauce
1tsp sugar
1tsp garlic
1tbsp of butter
1tsp parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Pour all ingredients in a pot and let it cook till the sauce is thickened. Then put back the meatballs into the pot for 2 to 3 minutes. Then serve
