Where can I find investors to help me build a prototype of an asynchronous power generator that that can charge all USB devices?
This generator does not require external power to operate, power is internally 'recycled' and onboard, built-in power sources are always fully charged

How long would it take to charge this 5.5v 0.33F supercapacitor from 4.7v to 5v at 100mA (0.1A)?
I know the equation is

Introduction
Lithium may be the best option for powering usb devices due to its high energy density but is far from save, they can explode if not constructed correctly and need a protection circuit to control and prevent under- and overcharging. Research is ongoing to find an alternative to lithium and although large companies keep their findings secret, one can still find a lot of information on the internet and youTube as entrepreneurs freely share their research.
Graphite paper batteries can be used as an alternative to lithium that has a greater charge/discharge rate and limit. These batteries are completely environmentally friendly, bio-degradable, non-hazardous and easy to manufacture. Electrodes can be made with graphite paint from Bare conductive with copper and zinc in the anode and cathode respectively as current collectors and a electrolyte of sodium chloride mixed with a polymer or any other variant.
The idea
I suggest the manufacture and distribution of a power supply unit with an internal graphite paper battery that is maintained and controlled by a microcontroller monitoring system that ensures it is always fully charged and has sufficient energy to constantly power any usb device connected to it.
The capability to charge and discharge safely at a fast rate makes it ideal as a power storage for this 'self-charging power bank' and displays characteristics of a hybrid battery/capacitor. A buck-boost r4converter will be incorporated if the current needs to be improved.
Fundraiser on thundafund.com
My idea is to launch a fundraiser campaign in October or November on thundafund.com to raise a total amount of R125 000 to start my company, giving me about two or three months to get ready. I’ll need a few things before I do.
Thundafund is a crowdfunding platform where fundraiser offer rewards for donations and I have chosen chocolate bars, thermal mugs, t-shirts and keyrings all with the company logo and name printed on them and self-designed posters of the founders of electricity and electromagnetism as rewards and are some of the items I plan to sell in the shop.
All the rewards and designs needs to be in place before the fundraiser. The funds will be used for further research and to setup a shop/factory to start production.
Funding required
I’ll need R7500 to purchase some of the items for the fundraiser that will be offered as rewards and to have them printed for display on thundafund, to build a prototype and to purchase a secondhand laptop to design the logos, banners and posters. Also I’ll need to advertise on social platforms such as Facebook.
Repayment
I offer 12.5 % interest and would prefer to repay immediately after the fundraiser.
About my project
I had this idea of building a self-sufficient power generator/supply for the last 5 years and only last year discovered graphite paper batteries. Before that I wanted to use two capacitors, one charging while the other one discharges which is controlled by a flip-flop or a microcontroller and a transformer to cycle the power back as a continuous loop. But I learned valuable information and knowledge through all this. New technology and revolutions in so many fields of modern life.
Future plans
For now the prototype will use a opAmp to control the voltage of the internal battery but a ATtiny 13 AVR that has 1K of flash memory will be used and programmed in assembly for the commercial unit, that will make it more efficient. This microcontroller can also send charge cycles to a mobile app as part of a reward system where the user actually test the unit and the activities are logged on a server.
Also I plan to build a compact robotic machine that will be able to manufacture a charger unit from PCB preparation to the boxing. This machine will be powered by a raspberry pi 4 and programmed with Python. A distributor will be used to allow 128 motors and sensors.
