We supply free range, natural springbuck venison right from the Karoo in the Eastern Cape on a seasonal basis at a very reasonable price.
We have an abundance of Springbuck available. We offer Butchering and by doing this please understand that when making sausage or biltong there is an array of different meats involved. Butcheries don't only process venison they process all meats so understand that our venison may be in contact with all types of meats. Please note that EC Karoo Venison links the farm to the consumer. We do not farm
these animals. We purchase all these animals directly from the farm. No animal goes through industrial processing. Please understand that the quality of meat is judged by ourselves on the basis's of our experience in these fields and not by a qualified meat inspector. We take pride in supplying only the best of the farm. We can assure you that all our meat has no human interference or artificial interference in anyway. The farm supplying the meat uses no unnatural means of intervention in these animals. All of the meat supplied is completely natural living off the Karoo land. Should there be any misunderstanding, EC Karoo Venison will take the time to explain everything in detail and at any point we can walk you through the process. All the animals are humanely handled and we take pride in doing this. All the meat comes of animal and wildlife control on these properties where the farm can only sustain a set number thus we supply the product of these control methods.
