Mathematics is fundamental when trying to understand the world.
Without it, we limit our ability to engage fully with academic, professional, and everyday contexts.
Whether we like it or not we need Math so keep encouraging your kids to work hard on it. ๐งฎ
As we go into this week, we hope you try to look for life's stories before focusing on its problems. ๐
This quote highlights the synergy between the analytical and the expressive, suggesting that while math gives us the methods to understand the world's mechanics, English empowers us to communicate and interpret these understandings in a meaningful, human context. ๐งฎ

When studying, your child might find themselves reaching out for sugary snacks or highly processed food. Better nutrition can produce better results. The right diet can improve their brain health, increase concentration, and help them feel alert for longer periods of time.
Here are (almost) straight out of the box snack ideas for you to incorporate into your kidsโ study routine.
1. Nuts and seeds: Our bodies cannot produce a lot of the fatty acids that they provide, so it's the only way to get these nutrients into our diet.
2. Berries: Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, dark cherries, goji berries, and mulberries are all packed with antioxidants that help keep our memories sharp as we age.
3. Fruit: Fruit helps in giving your brain a boost of energy while supplying vitamins, minerals and fibre to your body.
4. Dark chocolate: Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants and natural stimulants.
5. Eggs: Eggs are a good source of several nutrients tied to brain health, including B6 and B12 vitamins, folate and choline.
6. Cheese: cheese is a delicious way to keep our brain healthy as it's rich in omega 3 and fatty acids
7. Greek yoghurt: Greek yoghurt has twice the protein as regular yoghurt. Mix it with your favourite granola or fruits. Yoghurt has also been proven to relieve stress and boost mental capacity.
8. Olives: Olives contain polyphenols, a natural chemical that reduces oxidative stress in the brain.
