How can nature benefit my mental health?
Spending time in green space or bringing nature into your everyday life can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing. For example, doing things like growing food or flowers, exercising outdoors or being around animals can have lots of positive effects. It can:

Help you take time out and feel more relaxed

Nurturing something else into life has really helped my wellbeing. Gently caring for something helped me learn to care for myself.

Le-Amen Private School is a small private school that is registered with the department of Education. All our teachers are qualified teachers and has years of experience in teaching. Our school strives to have a healthy relationship with the department of education by complying with the requirements of the DOE.

We follow CAPS curriculum and it is our aim to ensure that all learners excel in their schooling career.

We are a small private school by design.

At Le-Amen Private School we aim to give your children the opportunity to feel part of a family.

We believe that time is precious, time spent with your children is extremely important to us. It is even more important for us that you get to spend the most amount of time that you can spend with your children.

That is why we keep it simple and give the power back to you as a parent to make decisions regarding their time after school, what they choose to do as a hobby, sport, skill or cultural and religious obligation.
