For this Friday, we present to you a Quick Case Study of our one of our past projects with a company called Skills Blackboard We provided a short engaging video covering the steps of signing into their platform. The Brand Skills Blackboard is the preferred cutting-edge AI driven platform for digital and online jobs in South Africa. Skills blackboard pride themselves on getting to know the businesses they serve and understanding their vision The Goal was to connect Job seekers and businesses on a platform that makes it easier for Candidates to find employment opportunities and Businesses to find employees to hire Challenges When businesses hire, they experience many common recruiting challenges such as making sure they’re attracting the right customer, engaging qualified candidates, hiring time efficiently and recruiting fairly On the other hand, candidates also have their own set of job seeking challenges that they experience such as having a confusing application process, staying up to date with different job market activities, not having the correct degree and not getting any feedback from employers. Solution Despite the process being easy we suggested the creation of a short explainer video that users can use as reference if they ever get stuck during the process but also showcases how easy it is to sign up and to get the target market interested in using the product and benefit from the convenience it provides.
