Providing sanitary pads to those in need is a movement of power, caring and responsibility.

Power- when those in need receive sanity pads, they are able to respond to nature when it calls and keep comfortable while at it and are able to proceed with their matters of their day. (You helped out a sister)

Caring - when giving sanitary pads to someone in need it is an act of care, you are basically saying I care about you, and I want you to take this sanitary towel and use it when you need it. (You care about a sister's needs)

Responsibility - it is our human responsibility to love and support one another in a way. It gives fulfilment to our conscience knowing that you helped out someone especially with something they needed. (You are responsible for helping someone in need if you have the means to help)

With your failures and past traumas

With your beauty and ugly
With your skin colour
With your fears and negative thoughts
With your visions and dreams

All this emotions only make you human. You have nothing to doubt yourself about. Look in the mirror every morning allow that to be your mission, look in the mirror and tell yourself that all the ugly and beauty makes you human but doesn't make you any less worthy.

At the end of the day you need a story to tell
when you have stepped into the best version of yourself, all that you went through will be your story and that story is what would have made you be.

Never allow yourself to go deep into doubting yourself, always get up and keep going. It's a process and you are on a journey.

With all that being said, Wishing you all women of any age and of any colour a happy woman's day.

You don't need a big party to celebrate the woman you are. Celebrate yourself within and feel it truly for yourself because you are WORTHY.
