Guys , we are going to have to cancel #womxnofsoul event on Sunday for Seven Colour Sundays . Ikhonaye Kumkane , our collaborators has not paid 2 Artists as we just found out through an Instagram post by Buhle and Spatz. We were blatantly lied to that all Artists have been paid. We also saw the Artists pushing the event on their social, so we were convinced , but the recent posts by Artists we highly respect is alarming.
Thus to protect the integrity of our brand, we are not going ahead with the show on Sunday.
This is neither the fault of Soweto Theatre or Seven Colour Sundays . We were blatantly deceived and lied to.
So we are not taking any chances. To those who we've let down, we apologize, and promise to make it up to you.
