We’re looking for a Cape Town-based Junior Admin Assistant.

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
⁃ Answering work cell phone: WhatsApp messages, Emails and phone calls for two brands. Take bookings, answer inquiries, set up quotes & invoices.
⁃ Distance errands to run once/twice a week such as going to buy stock, odd parts, printing etc if needed.
⁃ 5 days a week (including weekend days) - includes remote working.

REQUIREMENTS
⁃ Cape Town based to be able to work at our office in the Northern Suburbs.
⁃ Driver's licence is required. Own transport is a bonus.
⁃ Skills: People skills, Communication, Punctuality, Professional, Responsible, Reliable.
⁃ Fluent in English & Afrikaans.
⁃ National Senior Certificate.
⁃ CV is important.
