2022 has been quite a busy year, with lots of ups and downs. I'm grateful though that I managed to achieve some new PBs in all 3 races that I targeted, Kosmos 3in1 (73.3km) 06:13:50π

I believe the aim ilto life ia to keep getting better and never stop trying to level up in every wau possible.

The journey started with Weight Loss Products the Stamp. I then added the Sport Nutrition for fitness goals which was building lean muscle, better performance and quick recovery, after training, pains were not ayobaπ. I then added the hair care range and beauty range. I then added targeted nutrition to look after my immune system.
I always say how I feelβ€οΈππ½ tops the way I look. Unlike before I look good on the outside but the inside didn't mention.
