We do not promote xenophobia , so lets have an open discussion about the situation in our townships where these shops are targets for protection fees and our communities are dying young. How do we remedy this without enticing xenophobia and without bloodshed?

WHICH DEPARTMENTS HAVE BEEN MERGED AND SEPARATED?

Notably, the ministries of Electricity and Energy have been merged and
there will be a separate ministry of Mineral and Petroleum Resources.

Likewise, the ministry of Agriculture will be separated from the
ministry of Land Reform and Rural Development.

In addition, the ministry of Higher Education will be separated from
the ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation. The ministry of
Justice and Constitutional Development will be separated from the
ministry of Correctional Services.

Lastly, there will no longer be a Ministry of Public Enterprises. The
coordination of the relevant public enterprises will be located in the
Presidency during the process of implementing a new shareholder model.

I have this moto which may work or not depends how it's interpreted. You cannot fight for someone if you have not related to their story , let me clarify I cannot fight bullying if I too was never bullied.

This does not mean though people who have not had relatable experiences don't have a say or perhaps influence it just simply means the feeling is not mutual.

In other words you get it but you don't understand. So next time you're point out someone who lives in an unlawful occupation in an informal settlement, do you get why or do you understand ? Your mentality on fighting against each other will shift as these to two words that's might sound the same but have different meaning.

People need to start changing their paradigm and not speak from a privilege point and still sing "We're one" in the same breath.

City of Cape Town to host three-day traffic fine roadshow

The roadshow is set to take place from Wednesday, November 30 until Friday, December 2.

Members of the public will have access to resolve outstanding fines and/or summons or warrants which include:
* All fine related inquiries for vehicles registered in their name.
* Apply for a reduction on traffic fines issued within the City of Cape Town.
* Pay outstanding fines
* Enquire about warrants and/or summons issued in their name.
* Remove administration marks against their name on the Natis systems.
* Renew vehicle licences.
The City said should a member of the public not be able to attend the roadshow, someone can be sent on their behalf provided the individual is able to produce their own identity document, a copy of the identity document of the person who sent them as well as an affidavit giving them permission to act on the other person’s behalf.
